Thank you Aunty Irene for giving me a chance to create a Log Cake especially one which i can bring home. Though its a mini one, but its still very challenging. Hopefully next year i can bake one of my own, A BIG LOG CAKE

一年又一年, 盼望了一年的圣诞节即将来临. 到处可看到缤纷的灯饰和七彩圣诞树.

可是也不能忘了诱人的圣诞蛋糕.

圣诞节的前三天是华人冬至, 而圣诞节却是洋人冬至.

再过一个多星期就是新的一年了. 在此祝所有来这里的贵宾,

圣诞酥

星期五晚上我真的很勤劳咯!
一面煮饭一面做黄梨酥和桃巧克力粒蛋糕。
还好有NaNa主动帮我搓黄梨粒，
我就赶紧把晚餐弄好。

晚餐后的 Part 2 更精彩，
出动了从来都没碰过粉团的‘大人物' 来编制花酥leh! 功夫还不赖哟！

那太阳彩虹和圣诞酥是用了Uncle Billy 的快乐烘焙。

我的最爱是师傅Aunty Irene 的秘谱。

经过几小时的功夫，终于把所有的糕点都弄好了。

Mini Sweet Buns 迷你甜面包 - 6 Dec 2007

Aunty Irene, 我终于烘了甜面包了，还搓了很多pattern 。虽然不是很美，可是还好啦。我还会再烘，因为有很大的挑战性，而且看到一个个可爱的迷你甜面包出炉时的感觉，，，哇好可爱哦，好好吃哦！谢谢您。

My Sherell cannot wait to try it, she said why bake so little? Whenever i think the way she waited for the Honey 叉烧, i couldnt help feeling great and of course smile, (thinking of her expression).

My Snow Princesses come out with a different texture this time. NaNa ate 3 at one time as well as the Honey 叉烧。

I cut some for them to eat for lunch.
