First Marble Cake using Self-Raising Flour

正准备要出战的钟无艳

凯旋归来

齐宣王的两个老婆都来了！

一个只会用美色和甜言蜜语来迷惑王上的

西宫夏迎春。

另一位是并不漂亮却以

真心对待，善解人意，能文能武的

正宫钟无艳。

哈哈！为什么会提起历史来呢？。。。

同样一个云石蛋糕，经过了装扮，有了这么大的分别！

这也是我第一次尝试烘的一个完整的蛋糕，

当然也是师傅的食谱和指点。

Never did i expect to be able to bake a cake, a successful one. But i make it!

Out of no confidence, i told NaNa, i'll bake him a cake for his class year-end party. He went to tell his teacher the next day...OMG! I had no choice, but have to proceed. I did a trial on Tuesday nite, only found out that i dun have cake flour and baking powder with me, so i used self-raising flour instead. The marble cake still turns out good, but not so soft & fluffy.

Next day, i quickly asked my husband to get for me the cake flour & baking powder. “只能成功，不能失败”，傍晚会来赶紧拨了电话给师傅请教。接过招术后，回家就要靠自己了，加上老公和孩子的鼓励，我的云石蛋糕才这么成功。不敢说最好，可是以我是第一次的尝试，有这个成绩，应该是不错吧，不过我还是会再接再厉的！

My marble cake was finally out at about 10pm and was sent to NaNa's school the next day, without any testing at all. I was so worried for the whole morning about whats the outcome & response for my cake.　

I felt so proud of NaNa & myself, when he came back and told me he's the only one in the class who brought a cake! My marble cake was shared among many friends and even teachers from the other class. His teacher even thanked me.
