The cute cute shaped Chocolate Almond Cookies are specially baked for NaNa. Before the baking is finished, the bottle of shaped Chocolate Almond Cookies is already half gone! hahaha
肉干啊，肉干，真的好多工哦！还好有NaNa 帮忙晒肉干。不过还是值得的，因为看到出炉的新鲜肉干，好有满足感！而且反应非常好，一片接一片的肉干被送进口里耶! 真的没想到我会做肉干, my kids enjoyed the 肉干 very much.

no no, rose wine is not normal essence, its call 玫瑰露in mandarin, its a kind of wine, white in colour. get from the shelf selling chinese wine, ok?

请问你的肉干是晒在什么地方呢？我们是住在HDB的，不懂要把肉干晒在那里，我试把它放在烘炉里烘干,可是味道没有这么好吃叻。。

aft marinate the meat, you place them in a plastic bag & roll flat then just transfer the bag of mince meat(Roll Flat) to place under the sun..am i right? I quite confuse on the steps that they had written down on the recipe.
Can you enlighten me pls.

Yes i use fish sauce but wo Huiji using oven and my rou gan is just as delicious, infact i prefer without Huiji lo!

u can go ShengSiong or NTUC and ask for 玫瑰露，they should be able to tell you, ok?

u have to put the meat in a container and cover with aluminium foil and put in fridge to preserve for 4hrs. After that ou can then take it out and spread on plastic, shaped then send to dry under the sun, ok?
