香喷喷，火辣辣的蜜汁叉烧
这次的蜜汁叉烧，我是用了半肥瘦的三层肉烘成的。因为那天去巴刹迟了，五花肉卖完了，肉摊老板就介绍我使用这半肥瘦的三层肉，他说效果不比五花肉差。果然出炉的三层肉蜜汁叉烧，美得又亮丽，弹性柔软，味道甜美。还是要谢谢师傅的蜜汁叉烧食谱，让我大胆的尝试了这新创作！
师傅，对不起，我又把宫保鸡丁食谱里的两样材料换了。因为孩子的要求，我把灯笼椒和辣椒干都拿掉，换成午餐肉和红萝卜了。效果是。。。吃到只剩下了空盘！
