This Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse Cake was specially baked for my Dear Sherell on her birthday.
We had a SteamBoat Celebration and Cake cutting was Part 2 for this Happy Day.
Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse, the first creamy mousse cake baked all by myself. Although the previous birthday cakes were also homemade, but of course with help from 师傅. The result of this cake was very impressive, Sherell smiled when she opened the fridge and saw the birthday cake. She said she is the first in the family to have a Birthday Cake baked all by her mum. 师傅，这是我第一次单枪匹马的处女作，希望您看了后不会被我的榛子巧克力慕思蛋糕吓倒！

原装是慕思，但因为Sherell说慕思蛋糕佷plain,不好看，叫我加点装饰，所以我只好把它装修一下咯，加了她喜欢的巧克力和草莓。。。嘻嘻
