这就是“法国马卡轮，Macaron” ，一道虽然材料只有四五样，可是制作方面却不容易的精品。曾经在某本英文食谱看过这马卡轮，制做步骤里头有一句，，，must bake till the feet appear... 哈哈哈。到底这是什么东东，WHAT FEET,,, WHOSE FEET???
星期五是学校 Term 2 的最后一天，NaNa 学校举办了一个郊外活动，我就想，不如借这个机会做些马卡轮让他带去请老师同学们吃，所以早几天就约好师傅要到她家去学。
经过了好几个小时，终于领悟到，果然真的是要 bake till the feet appear 才算是成功！

昨天我也去Auntie Irene 的家学做马卡轮。哇，的确高难度。看似容易，可是自己挤出圆圈来就没那么简单，要多加练习。不过它非常好吃，令我回味无穷。

Wow this macaron remind me of my younger time when i study in Australia, i cannot really afford on this biscuit. But i ate one in sydney which make me remember the taste till now.
I had the lime taste one.
