Pandan Kueh Lapis 27 Feb 2010


My first recipe in the Year of the Tiger and its my FAVOURITE...green green ...

Pandan Kueh Lapis, 班兰千层糕也!

Although there were only 3 of us yesterday (May left after staying for a while), but we
were very busy.....esp. 师傅 and Margaret. They were busy "COOKING" while i had
most of the very good chance to build up the layer one by one.

谢谢 师傅 for giving me a chance to build up this thousand storey
"Building".

the pandan kueh lapis is really soft, even when we had missed out 4 egg yolk...

so when you plan to bake one at home? Don't forget to keep a few slices for us....hahaha...
