For the whole month, we had been thinking where to celebrate NaNa's birthday. Finally NaNa himself, suggested going Swenson. The nearest was at WhiteSand Shopping Centre, instead we went for the Parkway Parade. Planning to share the earthquake after the main course, but in the end, all of us were too full to consider desserts, & not forgetting we had our home-made birthday cake too.

Eileen, NaNa is in P5 this year. Just Like Margaret said 他很乖和懂事, result also not bad. He got more patience than me, but sometimes do throw a little tantrum lor...

I was listening to 972 this afternoon, heard fenying mention xueli 伤风了我在想是不是你。
Remember to try Bryan laoshi 的风门穴 。 1 drop of lavendula vera and 1 drop of eucalyptus. It works.
This morning wakeup feel the throat very dry and nose stuffy, beginning of flu like symptoms.
Apply on the 风门穴and I also put 1 drop each on tissue and in hale.and drink plenty of water now the symptom is gone.
Take a good rest.
Mabel，thanks for your concern, i alredi tried mani times, maybe the virus is too strong liao..,bt at least i dun feel very tired or body ache.
In fact every time, my son begins to rub his nose,i will pass him a tissue with that 2 essential oil and oso rub his 风门穴， then blow with the hairdryer. AT first he doesnt like the smell, but it works on him, so he didnt reject it animore.

Wow! your son's birthday cake bake by you own, I am sure he felt very proud and appreciate to you coz you spend your time to learn his birthday cake for him, right?
Ya Joanne, though he did not say it out, maybe he is still young to express himself. At first he ask me not to post his pics on my blog, but after seeing, he seems HAPPY & GLAD. Infact, i showed him everyone of you all's blog, he can remember Aunty Irene, Oink Oink, Huifen, Somewhere, Mabel etc...

Guess you are right, take why prevention is better than cure. For me just symptons that why it work too.
Must take more fluid and plenty of rest. I'll be going for business trip this Sunday and back on Wed, not sure if I can get connected otherwise, you take care.
