I had baked 6 different shapes for this Cashew Nuts Cookies ON 3rdFEB08. All the shapes are very cute, don't you think so? Before baking, already looks so good, when baked the aroma and taste are wonderful.
All my cashew nuts cookies are being packed into containers.

I have a problem need your help, i have bought a Sharp Brand's micro oven, i used it to make cookie before CNY, all my bottom of the cookie very dark like "shao jiao" very ungly, can you recommend me a oven which is good to make cookie & cake, more important is not very expensive coz i just bought that Sharp mirco oven at $400 before CNY, now no more money liao hehehe...thanks...

From what i know, microwave oven has a higher temperature at the lower level, thats why bottonm of your cookies burnt. i suppose you are also given a rack which has a higher "leg", you can use that instead of the lower "leg" one, so that your cookies are further away from the higher temperature below. Hope you understand what i meant, try it out then let me know, ok?

Thanks for your advice & wishes...i did try to bake walnut cake by using "lower leg" to avoid burnt of my cake, but the center of the cake not cook leh...if i didn't use "lower leg" the cake are ok, that's why i not dare to use the "leg" anymore. Any brand of oven you can recommend to me? thanks...

haha... but i use the 'higher leg' for all my cakes and cookies and all turn out good leh!
If you are prepare to change your oven again, i can check it out for you...but have u think of where to put your Sharp oven, when the new one comes in, 一山不能藏二虎唷！

Thanks Xue Li...you just let me know after you have check it up for me. You are right lor, yesterday i just talk to my husband where i can keep my sharp Oven, he look not happy leh...he always complain my cake or cookie look dark in the bottom, as you know if the cake or cookie burnt got some "funny smell", a lot of people don't want to eat burnt's cookie or cake.
