这个日本大福无需烘炉？只是用微波炉就行了？如果家里没有微波炉，可否用别的做法？

If using steam the texture will not be so soft so still suggest to use microwave oven.

yes, i think they do sell os, maybe in those stalls selling japanese snacks. As in Japan, this 大福 is expensive.
