All these years, i used to get my kids' birthday cakes from the confectionery shop. 可是幸运的认识了Aunty Irene, my inspiration inspired me to bake a cake myself. This is the MOST BEAUTIFUL CAKE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE, . 因为这可是我亲手做的，当然少不了师傅的指导。Without guidance from Aunty Irene, i will not be able to produce such a wonderful cake. 我儿子终于吃到了妈妈亲手为他做的生日蛋糕，他今年的生日肯定比往年开心。我希望以后每年都能为每个家里人和好朋友做生日蛋糕，让他们也和我一样开心 。

Wow.. your mango cake look so prof leh, 一定是特别甜hor(cos baked by yourself mah). Then you must oso learn chocolate, durian, cheese, black forest,....So every birthday can bake diff cake lor.

Hi Mabel, Oink, yes, tomorrow is my son's birthday and we will be having a small celebration for him. Thanks Aunty Mabel and Aunty Oink Oink.
Mabel, as Aunty Irene alredi had the sponge cake prepared in advance, so its only the creation that takes the time. Becos i am a bit late, and oso Carol was there to learn the chocolate cheese cake, so Aunty Irene has to take turns. Later she oso taught us how to bake the sponge cake and i oso had a 2nd look on baking of the chocolate cheese cake, after the last one Dorene did.
Oink, 其实我们的孩子都很幸福，吃得到妈妈做的蛋糕，我可没这么好命了！Yes, my ambitions too...ie to learn all the different kinds of baking. Thanks for your encouragement
