wow, so many nice sweet buns. I am also a bread lover. Auntie Irene was telling me that the sweet buns u all have made last Saturday were very soft and spongy, hope I can try it again.
All of u were so lucky to bump into Violet at Auntie Irene's house on that day...
ya margaret, u r right, we are so lucky. Violet just finish a Vitagen Roadshow at Blk 36, so she came over to collect the walnut cake. She so scared 007 'stole' her cake away the prev day!!!

my mini mooncake are given alrady, just leave 4pcs traditional and 6pcs snow skin. i have try the traditional one yet, need to wait until tomorrow.
ya, i remember the step. that day auntie irene said want to give the one got step one, but i think she forget liao!
