这是星期三厨房笔的一道菜。因为材料是在早一天已经报了，今天一早我就买好了材料，煮了这道名副其实的客家菜，算盘子。以前一直以为这道菜很难煮，原来并不是。连我女儿都吃得津津有味，吃完还一直要，你们说好不好吃呢？介绍了这么久，也没忘了谢谢师傅的食谱.
