算盘子 9May 2008




这是星期三厨房笔的一道菜。因为材料是在早一天已经报了,今天一早我就买好了材料,煮了这道名副其实的客家菜,算盘子。以前一直以为这道菜很难煮,原来并不是。连我女儿都吃得津津有味,吃完还一直要,你们说好不好吃呢?介绍了这么久,也没忘了谢谢师傅的食谱.
