I thought "发糕" is brown in colour... Your "蕃薯蛋" is nice but why choose S.G.H., may I know is there any meaning for this letters ? S.G.H. is a sensitive letters...hahaha

My daughter name Sherell, so S is her initial, G H is the initial of her best friend lor... i also find the colour light, maybe becos the sugar i use is light brown sugar, thats why colour is light...nv mind next time i do rainbow colour to make up for this...ok,,,嘻嘻, aniway thanks for the comment.

haha... look good to eat. I hor very pai sei, I tried once but the dough too wet and sticky lay cannot shaped it.
I follow aunty irene receipe from 972, still not successful, any advice?
